Therapy and counselling is a safe and confidential space for you to talk and connect with a trained professional about any issues and concerns you may have. As your therapist I will help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can gain insight and awareness of yourself and of others. Building a relationship for our work is very important to me, this means taking time to listen, empathise and support your needs.

I use a humanistic integrative approach to counselling that can help you overcome personal challenges, and allow you to achieve your individual goals. I adapt my approach to cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential. Drawing on theory and interventions from Person Centered counselling, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt and CBT to name a few, I work to each clients needs without a blanket approach to my work.

How it Works -

Starting with an initial consultation which last 15 minutes, this is your chance to share what you need help with, ask any questions and discuss how to move forward. Either by telephone or video call. You can then take time to decide if you want to procede and get in touch at a later date and book a counselling session.

ONLINE COUNSELLING

Online video -based counselling sessions via either Microsoft Teams or WhatApp video call, working in a quiet and confidential space to explore your reasons for seeking counselling.

TELEPHONE COUNSELLING

Telephone therapy offers appointments with simple access, flexibility, and privacy. Some individuals find it easier to open up about problems without being face to face with a therapist.

Fee's

Initial 15 minute Consultation - Free
During the initial 15 minute consultation we will cover a brief history and ask you to share your reasons for seeking counselling. Give you a short introduction to counselling and discuss any thoughts or expectations you may have.

50 minute session - £40
Each counselling session, both online video or telephone, are 50 minutes long. Counselling sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, which is discussed and agreed upon during our initial meeting.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
Payment is due within 48 hours of each appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged at £20. Any “no shows” and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of appointment will be payable at the full rate.
