Initial 15 minute Consultation - Free

During the initial 15 minute consultation we will cover a brief history and ask you to share your reasons for seeking counselling. Give you a short introduction to counselling and discuss any thoughts or expectations you may have.

 

50 minute session - £50

Each counselling session, both online video or telephone, are 50 minutes long. Counselling sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, which is discussed and agreed upon during our initial meeting.

 

Booking and Cancellation Policy 

Payment is due within 48 hours of each appointment. Any “no shows” and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice of appointment will be payable at the full rate.
